Starting on September 3, ITS will block CAS-integrated services not hosted on yale.edu domains from using single sign-on unless the service owner has previously registered the service or app. If you have not already registered a service you manage, you can start the registration process via a ServiceNow request. The registration takes approximately five business days from receipt of the request; therefore, to avoid an interruption in your service, submit all requests before August 25. Each service or app requires a separate CAS Registration request form.
If you are unsure if any of your services use a CAS Server integration or whether you previously registered your services with CAS, please submit an inquiry to ITS, including the names and full website links to your services. To provide time for ITS to research and respond, as well as for you to complete potential CAS Registration requests, submit these inquiries before August 18.
Service owners whose services use a non-yale.edu domain, please use the ServiceNow CAS Registration Form to submit your service or application registration request before August 25.
